  • You must not have accessed more than 20% of the course content, including videos, quizzes, and other learning materials.

  • Once your refund request is received, our team will review your case and notify you of the outcome.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of purchases may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:

  • Course bundles or packages.
